VR Master Business Intermediary Academy ("MBI")
VR Business Brokers implemented the Certified Business Broker educational program in 1979 whereby “agents” in the organization could earn their “CBB” designation.
In 1984, VR as one of the founding members of the International Business Brokers Association (and the only remaining founding member) was instrumental in the development of the Certified Business Intermediary (“CBI”) program through the IBBA with the hope of creating a set of educational standards that could assist in the growth of the industry. VR and its structured educational programs, its corporate training staff and executives all donated time and resources to the program. Forty years later the CBI designation remains the educational standard for the association.
Today, VR has begun the introduction of its new Master Business Intermediary Academy and its corresponding designation the Master Business Intermediary (“MBI”).
