Curtis L. Stokes, Owner:
Curtis Stokes most recently served as the vice president and Community Affairs manager at Fifth Third Bank. Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank in 2004, Curtis held management positions at Norwest Financial and was vice president and business client manager at Bank of America.
Curtis received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Nova University.
His broad involvement in the community was a natural fit to serve as Community Affairs manager. On July 19, 2010, Curtis was appointed to the Tampa City Council where he served until March 31, 2011. He has served on numerous boards, including past Chair of the board for the American Cancer Society, a board member for University Area Community Development Corporation, a board member for Step Up For Students, Area Chairman for the United Negro College Fund. Curtis served as Chairman of the Tampa-Hillsborough Expressway Authority.
Curtis was also selected for the “Top 40 Under 40” award in 2002 by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Curtis is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity and attends Beulah Baptist Institutional Church. Mike Moore, Broker/Business Intermediary: Pasco County Commissioner Mike Moore, District 2, was elected to the Board of County Commissioners in 2014. Currently, serving as Vice-Chairman of the Board.
Commissioner Moore currently sits on or chairs the following boards and committees: Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority (TBARTA), Circuit Conflict-Sixth Judicial Circuit, Dependency Drug Treatment Court Planning Steering Committee, Government Operations Committee, Insurance Selection Committee, Public Safety Coordination Council and the Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board.
Commissioner Moore was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council in 2014 and appointed by Speaker Will Weatherford to the Florida Department of Elder Affairs Advisory Council in 2014.

Larry Restall, Senior Business Intermediary: Mr. Restall graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Tulane University. He also is a retired CPA and Certified Financial Planner. His first position was as an engineer for the City of Los Angeles. Next, he was an Audit Manager for Ernst & Whinney for eight years with large clients like TRW, Sohio and Sherwin Williams along with a host of small and medium-sized companies. For the next 25 years, he served as a chief operating officer or CFO of a number of large and small public and private companies in the oil & gas exploration industry, offshore marine, and helicopter transportation companies and a construction company. His last position was VP Finance & Treasurer for Centex, a national NYSE home builder, and general construction company. He helped Centex acquire a $700 million S & L and subsequently served for three years as Vice Chairman of that entity. In addition to his financial activities he evaluated numerous acquisition opportunities in a broad range of industries.
In 1999, with a partner, he founded a yacht brokerage firm which, over the next 8 years, became the 6th largest brokerage firm in the US specializing in power and sailboats in the 28' to 70' range.
