The concept takes favorite foods from different regions of the country and puts them all in one place, On Our Menu ready for your order! The first store in Summit Mall in Ohio features fresh handmade burgers, Sabrett hotdogs, wraps, quesadillas and burritos. A combination of all the best items from the other concepts. QuickFire Grille is a part of the COAC II family of restaurant concepts. There are two additional concepts known as Flamers Burger & Chicken and Oh! Oh! Burrito. By taking tried and true food service practices and applying them across all of our brands, we are able to offer our customers and owners the quality and consistency that have become our gold standard of operations.
Training and Support
Our pre- and post-opening training teaches our operators everything they need to know to operate a one of our franchise s properly. Our streamlined training program includes product knowledge, operating and cooking procedures, bookkeeping, marketing and other areas critical to their operation.
New owners are eligible for training at one of our working QuickFire Grille locations prior to their opening.
We continue to create new and exciting offers for our customers. The marketing department helps us to create the highest quality graphics and materials to display in a professional manner in our locations. We realize that it is important to be involved with the facility and take advantage of any opportunities. Our Marketing department will work hand in hand with the facility Marketing personnel to ensure that there is a mutually beneficial relationship. Signage, special events, sponsorship our marketing department is there to help.
Previous restaurant or business experience is always helpful but it is not required to obtain a QuickFire Grille franchise. A combination of training at our designated training locations, operations materials and onsite operations training will prepare new owners for their “Grand Opening”.
