Through our national contracts with UPS and FedEx, we are able to provide competitive rates and availability at every PostalAnnex+ location, while at the same time providing our customers with freedom of choice for their shipping needs. PostalAnnex+ takes pride in providing a complete range of shipping and business-related solutions for individual consumers and businesses large and small.

We provide new owners with an extensive training that focuses on:

Marketing and Advertising
Since marketing is critical to the growth of our franchisees’ stores, we are proud to have the professional talent and expertise to help our store owners promote their business. Our franchisees’ operations are continually backed by award-winning television, radio and Internet campaigns that effectively build and maintain brand awareness.
Franchisees will have our in-house marketing communications department at their fingertips to help with press releases, local marketing ideas and more.
Ongoing fees for continued support include a 5% royalty fee and a 2% marketing fee based on individual sales of the PostalAnnex+ location.

Financing is available from various third-party lenders. We are recognized on the Franchise Registry with the Small Business Administration and work with several lenders that handle SBA loans and other types of financing options to help the franchisee with their investment in their store.
The total investment, which includes the franchise fee, is generally around $150,000.
We require prospective franchisees to be able to meet a minimum of $50,000 in liquid assets and have a minimum net worth of $200,000.
