We have a comprehensive pre-training
in-home correspondence program that covers setting up their business, setting
up bank accounts, hiring caregivers, establishing insurance thru our national
provider and completing software training. This requires about 3 weeks to
complete and is accomplished before they arrive at our Corporate Office for
training. Once at Corporate, the franchisee will spend 3 days of focused
training on our “Pillars of Success” -Business Development, Caregiver
Management, and Client Engagement.
All franchisees are provided a
full-featured local website at no cost to them. Corporate provides a
domain name, hosting and the website that the franchisee is able to customize and
edit as needed.
We utilize a state of the art Virtual
Office Software system (SMARTcare) to manage clients, caregivers, billing,
payroll and more. The system includes both Client and Caregiver Portals.
