Bebus brings combined over 20 years of experience in M&A, management, operations,
marketing, consulting and business development holding various positions as
director, regional director, COO in healthcare operations. She holds her MBA, Carlson School of
Management, Executive Leadership Certification from Erickson School, Minnesota
Salesperson license from Department of Commerce, and a Member of Association of
Corporate Growth, National Association of Women Business Owners, Chamber of
Commerce, and certified as SCORE mentor. Her attention to details, high level
of professionalism, business acumen and knowledge, consistent communication and
ethical approach in every deal flow has resulted in high customer satisfaction

Brandon Garcia (Business Broker Associate) Brandon Garcia, brings over 8 years of experience in M&A, customer relations, management, finance, business analytics, accounting, profit and non-profit consulting, business development and marketing holding various positions as Business Brokerage and Mergers and Acquisitions intern, front of the house manager, consultant and development officer. He holds his major in Finance and minor in Business Analytics from the Carlson School of Management, where he was awarded the 2016 Academic All Star Achievement for academic excellence, and was a member of Presidents Emerging Scholars, Net Impact: Non-profit consulting club, Minnesota Consulting Group, Center for Sales Leadership and Education club, Carlson Undergraduate Business Analytics Club and University Finance Club. Leveraging his 8+ years in customer service, has allowed him to build a passion for fostering valuable relationships, and focus not only on representing his clients to the best of his abilities, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process, arming them with top notch information and market insight, so that they can make the best decisions possible, all while keeping his clients best interests at heart.

Sean Carey (Business Broker Associate) Sean brings 36 years of experience as an accomplished executive experienced in business Intermediary, program and project Management. P&L oversight, multi channel product distribution, and marketing involving both start-up and growth organizations. He owned his own successful business for 25 years that was centered around imaging, field support, help desk support and document management software around the nation and employing more than 50 engineers, technicians and support personnel, bought and sold 6 companies and grew the sales to over $10M. A few years ago, he successfully sold his business to a local synergetic company. As a successful post-exit business owner, he understands what business owners go through during the exit process, how the offer structure impacts the outcome of the sale, and how the process impacts the owner and the stakeholders. He holds a BA from University of Minnesota and a Degree in Computer Science, certifications in Project Management • Waterfall • NCR Leadership Training • IBM – MVSXA Mainframe • AT&T Finance Leadership Program • AT&T’s Training and Development Program. As a thorough, detail-oriented leader with a passion for excellence, he is apt at listening to organizational needs, then analyzing and implementing a strategy to best fit both the buyer and seller goals.

Don Keysser, DBA, CM&AA. (M&A Advisor) Don Keysser brings over 35 years of experience in business finance, investment banking, financial analysis, M&A and economic development. He was previously Managing Director at Dain Rauscher, and Senior Vice President (and Principal) at Miller & Schroeder Financial. He was also previously Senior City Planner for Saint Paul, MN; Vice Chair of the Planning Commission, City of St. Louis Park, MN; and Chair of the Planning Commission, City of Golden Valley, MN. Don holds a MN real estate broker’s license. He has an MAPA in Urban Economic Development from the University of Minnesota, an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota, and a Doctor of Business Administration in International Business/Finance from Argosy University. He is an Associate Professor at Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, and at Saint Mary’s University, where he teaches MBA courses in Corporate Finance, International Finance, Financial Institutions and Government Finance. He is a published author. He is also currently the interim CFO, and Board Director, of Enova Illumination.
Ellie Rogers, MBA. (Research and Development Consultant)
Ellie Rogers has 20 plus years of professional business and
leadership experience, in industries including manufacturing, retail,
healthcare, commercial real estate, CPG, powersports, non-profit, broadcasting
and service. Her experience includes projects with General Mills, 3M, Luxottica,
Polaris, Target, Herman Miller and Vail Resorts. As an industry research and
strategy professional, Ellie helps businesses and leaders solve problems,
identify opportunities and stage their businesses for growth or exit. She’s consulted with organizations of varying
sizes and stages of growth, from early stage start-ups to mature Fortune 500s,
guiding them with researched insights and experts from her trusted network.
Ellie has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of
Minnesota Duluth, and an MBA with emphases in Marketing and Strategic Planning
from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Areas of Expertise: Organizational Culture, growth strategy, Research and development, investment pitch deck, exit plan strategy, public
