Adam Petricoff, Managing Partner: Adam has over 25 years of sales, marketing and management experience working with a variety of different industries including textiles, hospitality, healthcare, distribution, and manufacturing. Adam is a native of Cincinnati, OH but is happy to call Charlotte his home after moving to Charlotte in 1998. He received his B.A. in Political Science from The American University in Washington, D.C. Adam loves to play tennis, volunteer at his house of worship and travel with his wife of 21 years and his two teenage children. Randy Mitchell, Broker:
 Named “Business Person of the Year” in 2018 by the Matthews Chamber of Commerce, Randy Mitchell is a long-time leader in the greater Charlotte small business community. He has helped thousands of people explore self-employment options or transition out of business ownership. A former Fortune 50 HR executive, and a licensed real estate agent, he has consulted in franchise, business and real estate transactions since 2002. His calm and empathetic approach puts clients at ease in exploring their options. He is frequently called upon by local government and business organizations to facilitate events and problem-solving gatherings. Randy is the former president of the Matthews Chamber of Commerce. He is an Eagle Scout, and the father of one too. Ross Levin, Broker:
Ross Levin, a native Charlottean, has over thirty years of business ownership and real estate experience prior to joining VR. Directly after graduation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Ross remained in the Triangle area purchasing his own furniture store, growing and expanding to 4 stores before selling the business in 2000. As a North Carolina Real Estate Broker, Ross has been active in the real estate industry over the years representing both buyers and sellers. Ross is a tremendous negotiator seeing the needs from all sides, successfully navigating hundreds of transactions to the satisfaction of both parties and is now excited about utilizing his experience as a business owner and real estate professional to assist those with a desire to sell their business. Kedar Brown, Broker: A native of North Carolina, Kedar is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill. After college, he began working in the textile industry and eventually moved to Charlotte in 1993 to represent a German textile machinery manufacturer. Kedar traveled the US and worldwide, routinely closing million dollar plus sales. After many years of working for the company, Kedar and three partners successfully purchased and ran the Charlotte manufacturing location. Then in 2009, he purchased a local printing franchise, which he ran and sold after eight years of ownership. Kedar’s 40 plus years as a manager, salesperson, and business owner give him the real-world experience necessary to help bring your business to the market and to get it sold confidentially and ethically.

Kedar and his wife Sally live in Matthews, NC, and have been married for 40 years. They enjoy spending time with their two grandchildren. Kedar is a member of the Matthews chamber, several local business groups, and is an adult Sunday school teacher at his church. Mark Herrmann, Broker:
Mark Herrmann brings a wealth of business experience and acumen to the table. His background includes franchising, strategic alliance management in corporate IT and digital media, Fortune 1000 real estate consulting as well as commercial and private equity real estate. Mark also founded Home Design & Décor Magazine, a highly successful, multi-city marketing product that he recently sold. Mark is a recent graduate of the Duke University Digital Media and Marketing program and uses that knowledge to help small businesses leverage digital marketing to position their businesses for expansion and sale. Steve Stein, Broker: 
A native of Dayton, Ohio and graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Steve moved to the Charlotte area in 1997 to start a business distributing and installing warehouse storage and handling equipment. After 20 years of building and running the business, Steve successfully sold the company in 2018. Not ready to retire just yet, Steve has worked in lower middle market M&A since 2019, helping buyers and sellers navigate the process of transferring ownership. As a former business owner, Steve understands that selling a business is one of the most important decisions an owner will ever make. It is much more than a financial transaction and can often be an emotional and life-changing experience. Steve lives in the Ballantyne area with his wife of 22 years and three children.
