Sell Side - Turning 180 degrees, when a business exit is appropriate, whether for retirement or to pursue other business opportunities, we work with owners to prepare their business for their exit, identify various exit options, and pursue the best option to meet the goals of current owners.

Raising Growth Capital - The tight credit markets today have created a need in this arena.  We come across situations where companies have growth opportunities, but the tight credit market impedes the ability to capitalize on the opportunity.  We work with companies to pursue growth capital through our national network of contacts withing the realm of Venture Capital, Private Equity, and SBIC groups.
