This 48 year old internal medical practice specializes in family and geriatric care. The practice is located in 1,800 SF in a garden office complex bordering a large retirement community. The city in which the practice is located has a high concentration of families. The support staff consists of two full time employees who schedule appointments, bill patients, insurance, Medicare and perform general office duties.  There are approximately 1,000 patient files. The doctor sees 10 to 15 patients a day, working Mon., Tue.,Thurs. & Fri. He has cut back his practice due to his age and he no longer does hospital rounds.
