Company has nine different contracts with USPS to haul mail between large regional postal depots and additional "Star Routes" between regional depots and local post offices. Staggered four year contracts make this a stable income producing company. Long term relationship with USPS enables the company right of first refusal to extend contracts for additional terms. Contracts allow increases for certain expenses at different intervals of the contract to further stabilize earnings. Company has twenty-nine year history with the USPS and Seller has offered to consult with new owner at the next contract negotiation.
Company maintains broker's license which accounts for 10% of revenues by hauling other freight. Full and part time employees provide a very loyal and dedicated work force and includes a full time mechanic.
