This consumer electronics company was founded in 2006 by 4 partners who invented a product to help with scheduling and organization. It can be helpful for 6 year olds and over, families, the elderly, and Developmentally Disabled individuals.  The product is used by those speaking English, French, or Spanish and becomes a part of daily life for individuals incorporating it into their household. The company was awarded one of the Disney "IParenting"  best new products. The product sold out its second time on QVC!   Included in the sale of this company will be $200,000 worth of retail inventory, all tools and molds, pending patents and trademarks, along with its website.

Present owners will help for a minimum of one year with training and also help to redesign and expand the product for more demand and extensive use. The reason they are selling the company is that 2 of the 4 partners wish to retire and  move into other interests.
