This assisted living project will provide state-of-the-art technology in a warm, nurturing facility.  It will consist of 120 units, and will be located in an area that 5% of which are earmarked for memory care.  This project requires a 4-6 acre parcel of land, in which a parcel of land has already been selected.  This area has a large number of seniors that currently live in homes in excess of $500,000.  Many of these seniors are looking to move into a facility that gives them the same independence of their home environment in addition to taking the daily responsibility of care from them.  This assisted living will be equipped with state of the art technology that will be able to monitor the individuals daily functions in a non-intrusive manor.  Therefore, in the event that something does happen, the staff can be notified via email, text, or by phone.  This will eliminate the intrusive doctors' visits.
