Tim Bellon, Owner and Managing Broker: Tim was born and raised in North Dakota, and after the culmination of a 21+ year career in the U.S. Army, he and his wife Beth retired in Apollo Beach, FL. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from Concordia College, and a Master’s of Science in Defense Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School.
Tim joined the VR Business Sales Team in 2012 as the owner and managing broker of an office serving the greater Tampa Bay, FL. During this time, he has focused on helping business owners realize their goals through selling, buying, or growing businesses. He also assists individuals, and companies looking to expand, in the identification and acquisition of businesses.

Jean-Philippe Truchement, Business Intermediary: Jean-Philippe graduated from a French International-Business School and started his career managing various small businesses on behalf of investors. Before moving to the US in 1997 he was C.O.O. of a group of small businesses operating in various service industries as well as retail operations, wholesale distribution and manufacturing activities. This gave him significant management exposure in various types of businesses. Since moving to Florida Jean-Philippe, on his own and with partners, has started, bought and sold several businesses in the US as well as in Europe and South America and has gained personal experience regarding the technical and personal challenges of such negotiations. Jesse Ellsworth, Business Intermediary: Jesse was born in Lakeland, FL and was raised in Dade City, FL. Growing up in a primarily agriculturally focused region, he began working on the family farm at a young age. He attended Florida Southern College where he obtained a bachelors in Horticulture Science with an Emphasis in Citrus. Not long after graduating from FSC, Jesse was accepted into a
masters program at the University of Florida to continue his education in Food
and Resource Economics. During a Summer internship he acquired a Florida Real Estate
License and took an interest in business brokerage. Since finishing his masters
degree he has joined the VR South Shore team and is excited to help businesses

Cameron Harcourt, Business Intermediary: Cameron has a mission to serve the needs of
