Open Position: Business Brokerage Training Specialist
Job Description: Design, plan, organize or direct orientation and training programs for new incoming business broker candidates including but not limited to buyer management, building a listing inventory, pricing small businesses and professional ethics and standards of the business brokerage industry.
Essential Functions: Offer sales training programs to help business brokers maintain or improve their job skills including active listening, prospect research, building rapport and closing techniques.
Experience Required: 2 Years
Education (minimum): Bachelor's Degree
Field of Study: Business, Engineering or Finance
Employment: Full Time (W2)
Wage: $38,000 per year
