Lilia Berezkina
 is the owner of VR Business Brokers in Boca Raton. She brings to VR relevant experience in financial services, foreign exchange, international business development, and commercial real estate. After earning her MBA, she launched a career that led to senior management positions and consulting engagements in the real estate and financial markets. In 2003 Lilia became the owner-broker of Tropic Estates, a full-service real estate company, successfully brokering transactions involving hotels, high-rises, land acquisitions and land development throughout South Florida. From 2004 to 2008, Lilia served as a founding partner of Globfex, a Boca Raton-based holding company that created a network of Financial Exchanges in foreign countries. Her responsibilities included connecting with foreign Financial Market Supervisory Authorities (FMSA), acquiring the appropriate licenses, developing corporate and management structure within the Exchanges, and finding investors and members. She has expertise in allocating private and institutional capital in preparation for Private Placement; preparing business plans, financial projections; customer service; and coordinating legal and financial issues. Lilia is also an accomplished fine-arts painter, holds a practitioner’s degree in holistic health, and in her spare time enjoys traveling, boating, and fine dining. Michael L. O'Donnell:
Michael leads the technology M&A practice at VR Boca Raton. He is a serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in technology-related businesses. He has been on all sides of the transaction as a venture-backed entrepreneur, angel investor, venture capitalist, business buyer and business seller. He has an extensive international network to draw upon. His clients include large technology companies looking to buy companies, and small-to-midsize companies looking to be acquired. His specialty is lower-middle-market M&A in the $1M to $25M transaction range.

Terence Bentley: Terence is an executive with 35 years experience in Technology M&A, Marketing, Strategic Business Development and Product Management. He has closed over 40 Tech M&A investments and transactions, made investment decisions concerning hundreds of Business Plans and Proposals, and delivered 25 Network Products to market. He also has extensive startup advisory experience.

He is a Co-Founder of The Association for Corporate Growth’s (ACG) New Jersey Chapter and past Board Member of the ACG New York City Chapter. Terence served as a Mentor, at Florida Atlantic University’s Tech Runway Accelerator, Mentor (3 times) at the Startup Quest Business Planning Program, as well as at the Broward Innovation Hub. He served as a Judge for the Cade Prize for Innovation and the U.S. Department of State TECH-I International Business Plan Competition, sponsored by the American Association for the Advance of Science. Terence has been a Lean Launchpad Instructor at Florida International University’s College of Engineering; the Broward Innovation Hub & Startup Now and taught the Florida Veterans Florida Entrepreneurship Program. Octavio Cardoso: Octavio Cardoso received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a Major in International Marketing from Michigan State University in 1995. He joined Westchester International Corp that same year as an Account Manager. Today, he is the President of Westchester Financial Group (Formerly Westchester International Corp), a consulting company that assists international investors with asset protection, tax and succession training. In 2001, he received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from New York University with a Major in Management and Information Systems Management.

He is a Former director of the Brazilian Business Group, Florida and currently serves as a Director of Brazil International Foundation. Ginefra Dos Santos: Ginefra is the marketing coordinator of VR Business Brokers Mergers & Acquisitions in Boca Raton. She specializes in customer relations and customer retention through constant and efficient communication of clients, prospects, as well as companies.
