Nicholas Rizzo: (Nick)

Jonathan Sigel comes to VR with 18 years of business consulting and B2B marketing experience. As a consultant to SMB and startup enterprises, his marketing and strategic planning expertise has spanned industries, including retail, wholesale distribution, technology, professional services, and manufacturing, among others. Recently, he was with Cross Match Technologies, Inc., a biometric identity and security technology service provider headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan was an analyst for Broad Oak in New York City where he developed financial valuation studies supporting a successful $150 million financing for a Texas-based oil and gas exploration start-up. He was the first-place winner of an IBM Corporation leadership competition and spent 12 years with the company, rising from an analyst to numerous senior marketing management roles with both budget and personnel management responsibilities. He was also a senior manager of marketing programs and enterprise solutions with NEC Corporation U.S., headquartered in Irving, Texas.
Mr. Sigel was awarded a bachelor of science degree by Harvard University (1994) and an MBA degree in finance and marketing from Baruch College, City University of New York (2004). Tolunay "Tom" Duyur, Business Intermediary,
Director of Marketing: After his completion of university with a Bachelor
Degree in Management Information Systems, in his homeland of Turkey, Tom moved
to Florida, and was hired at VR Business Brokers, M&A in the capacity of
Administration Assistant. His duties were to be responsible for office
administration and the company’s marketing communication strategies, utilizing
data systems and all network groups, conducting market research studies, and
overseeing all listing procedures in the role of Broker relations with a
