There is nothing more paramount to becoming a successful Business Intermediary than training and support. VR believes in this theory for building its network. As the organization whose franchisees were the founding members of the International Business Brokers Association(IBBA), our history proves we believe in education, training, and support. Many of the courses used today by the IBBA were developed by VR and its Franchisees and Intermediaries. VR supports our trade associations, whether on a state, national, or international basis.
VR operates its training center from its Corporate Headquarters in
Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The training staff has practical experience
in the operations of sole proprietorships and multi-associate VR franchises.
Our trainers have experienced 1000's of transactions during their careers
and are available after initial franchise training to answer support
questions concerning office operations, recruiting, retention, and any
form of business transaction. Whether a $100,000 business located on
Main Street, or a $15,000,000 manufacturer, VR has experienced professionals
available to aid in a successful transaction.
Each Franchisee has the support of the VR Corporate Mentor, who has the responsibility of sharing expertise with new Franchisees and their Associates. With a vested interest in your success, VR offers the top Franchisee and Associate support in the industry and will continue to mandate the continuance of education as part of our corporate culture.
Franchisees have the option to send their Intermediaries to our Corporate Headquarters for
Associate Training, giving them a fast track entry into our industry.
The VR Associate Training is an intensive program that prepares individuals
to begin to produce results immediately. Offered monthly this program
is extensive and longer than what VR's perceived competition offers
its new Franchisee's.
VR's Annual Convention offers four days of continual education for Franchisees, Associates, and administrative staff. Along with the networking, the convention hosts its own trade show featuring suppliers, affiliates, and franchisors.
