with the franchise network to facilitate franchise compliance. Her
responsibilities include supporting franchisees during their initial
and formation stages, along with ongoing assistance during the term
of their agreements. In addition she is Editor for VR's "Today's
Business Owner" electronic magazine, and the "VR Midmarket Journal".
Both of these proprietary publications are marketing tools used
by VR offices around the world.

 Mr. Nestos
has over 30 years marketing and sales experience in
manufacturing, retail, and publishing industries. In 1988 he
began specializing in franchising, working as Director of
Development for the International Franchise Association (IFA).
He and his wife operated their own consulting company,
NestosSystems, providing sales-driven organizations with
employee and job profiling, as well as other marketing
services. As a consultant to the franchise industry, Mr.
Nestos has developed a distributorship strategy for a
children's educational products; marketed franchises for a
national retail franchisor; advised small business owners
interested in franchising their businesses; and, counseling
individuals wishing to purchase franchises. Joining VR has
enabled him to combine all of his business experiences to
guide prospective franchisees into the decision making
process of becoming a professional business intermediary to
assist business owners in the buying and/or selling of their
businesses.

Mr. Hines has 25 years experience as a Professional
Business Intermediary, and successful VR Franchisee.
Since 1993, Hines has held the position of Regional
Director inside VR for Southern California, where he
is actively involved in procuring new franchisees
for the VR network. His expertise in small and
mid-size business transactions bolsters the support
infrastructure of the entire VR system. Mr. Hines
responsibilities encompass training, support,
franchisee set-up, and as the Regional Mentor. His
history of driven success has made him an integral
component to the dominant market presence for VR in
Southern California.
