Dan Cheney

Dan Cheney is the owner of VR Business Brokers Mergers & Acquisitions in West Palm Beach.  Mr. Cheney comes from generations of private business VR owners and entrepreneurs which have provided him with personal experience and expertise with family holdings in aviation and agriculture.  He and a partner co-founded a full-service environmental testing and services firm specializing in cathodic protection solutions that has grown to encompass a four-state service area.  Prior to VR, Dan reported directly to the Chairman/CEO of a private equity firm where he led the senior leadership team in strategic business planning and development including mergers and acquisition analysis and recommendations.  Dan’s diverse experience also includes entertainment facility management and an active angel investor in company that develops and installs present and next generation digital security monitoring solutions.  Dan has an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration, with concentrations in international business.  He is an active scuba diver for the last 15 years and has had the privilege of diving most of the world’s seas and has acquired advance certifications.  He also enjoys flying, and spending time at his ranch in Wyoming.

Alfred (Al) Baumeler

Prior to establishing VR Business Brokers in West Palm Beach, Florida, Al served as Vice President of Marketing for Rexall Sundown, the largest manufacturer of nutritional supplements in the US, where he restructured and repositioned many of the company's brands and products for the eventual sale of the company. Al has held several positions in Marketing and General Management with Fortune 1000 companies such as Wyeth (previously, American Home Products), Novartis, Reckitt & Colman and Xerox. His responsibilities included business planning, advertising, promotions, pricing, new product launches, market research, licensing and acquisition/divestitures of company businesses.

Al has an MBA from Columbia University and a BS in Engineering from Rutgers University. Al is member of the International Business Brokers Associations (IBBA), Business Brokers of Florida (BBF), Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. 

Daniel Sifrar

Daniel's has an amazing record of developing successful businesses in multiple industries from startup and taking his companies to the top. He has been President and CEO of three different companies over the last 33 years by finding and exploiting niches, establishing strong leadership, emphasizing customer focused sales and marketing. Daniel has practical experience in creating and defining value propositions, demonstrating value through C-level channels to establish strategic relationships and alliances. Daniel has forged win-win relationships with small business and Fortune 500 companies such as: Georgia Pacific, Mobil Oil, State Farm and Allstate Insurance. He brings this wealth of experience and skill sets to business sales, mergers & acquisitions. Daniel’s hobby is a relentless pursuit of physical and mental fitness and wellbeing.
