VR in Tyler is pleased to have a team of 5 professional business intermediaries who each bring unique prior experiences and strengths to the transaction process.

1.)     Pete Fisher Jr. after running a successful manufacturing company with his wife for 16 years Pete decided to sell their family business and chose VR in Dallas to represent the business.  The sale went smoothly and Pete was so impressed with VR he decided to open an office in Tyler, Texas.

2.)     Daniel Andrews is a true salesman and after selling new and used automobiles Daniel decided he wanted to represent business owners who were looking to sell or purchase a business.  Daniel is personable and gets along well with all of his listing owners and buyers and works hard on their behalf.

3.)     Bernadette Benson is a new intermediary who after watching how business deals were listed and sold for a year decided to expand her comfort zone and become a business intermediary herself.  Bernadette has a background in the medical field and as a manager and a business owner herself she works diligently for her clients.

4.)     Mike Caccitolo is an experienced business broker who moved to the Tyler area.  Mike’s former business activities were as an owner of a family pizza business, large security business and assisting his wife with her restaurant operation.  While working as a business broker Mike successfully completed over 40 business transactions.  Mike brings a wealth of transaction experience and is skilled at creating a “win-win” situation for both buyer and seller.

5.)     K.A. “Piggy” Howell likes to tell people he “flunked retirement” and was anxious to get involved with business owners again, this time finding suitable businesses to list and buyers to buy the business they are looking for.  “Piggy” brings his knowledge of business finance, investment opportunities and deal structure to every transaction he works on.  “Piggy” is very meticulous and detail oriented.
