Rick Hammond, CBI:
Rick Hammond is president of the VR Office located in Temecula, California. He is a 35 year resident of Southern California and has seen the Inland Empire change from America’s citrus capital to one of the fastest growing manufacturing and wholesale distribution centers in the country. Prior to opening the office, Rick’s business experience included several years with a national accounting firm, various management positions with major computer manufacturers, and 9 years as owner of a successful commercial printing business in Southern California.
After selling his business through VR, Rick was a licensed broker within the local VR office. Rick is an active member of both the California Association of Business Brokers and the International Association of Business Brokers. He has also received the Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser and the Certified Senior Business Analyst designation granted by the NEBB Institute. This experience gives him a broad background that is crucial to the intermediary process.

David Hammond, CBI:
David has been a leading associate with VR Business Brokers since 2004 and was ranked as the # 5 associate internationally for VR for 2006. He received the prestigious Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association in 2005. Prior to his career with VR, he spent approximately five years as a sales manager for multiple equipment financing companies, helping business owners finance equipment acquisitions. David graduated with honors with a degree in Finance from California State University, Chico in 1999.
David received an Honorable Discharge from United States Army after serving his country from 1991-1993.
