VR Mergers and Acquisitions in San Francisco was created by and for experienced entrepreneurs. One of our principals’, George Arabian, father was also a very successful small business owner in the Bay Area, which influences our firm’s appreciation and respect for what it takes to build a small or mid-size company.

The company grew out of a consultancy, started in 1999 that advised entrepreneurs and established business owners on how to grow their companies and execute strategic plans in concert with management.  Our team has decades of experience in executing transactions in diverse industries such as technology, education, business services and agriculture. Given the depth and breadth of our team’s experience, we offer our clients confidence and skill sought after at expensive investment banks
