The Business Broker is not a sales position. It is often described as a Business Intermediary, or Consultant that functions as Single Points of Responsibility for all of the services provided to our clients. This includes business development, business valuation, development and implementation of marketing programs, innovative structuring of deals, negotiation with Buyers and Sellers, oversight of due diligence and closing the deal!

Successful candidates will have had experience, or a working knowledge of accounting, interpretation of financial statements and general business operations. They will feel comfortable selling their skills in the development of new business, consulting with business owners and acting as an Intermediary between Buyers and Sellers. Your experience might include business ownership, accounting, consulting or banking, as well as advanced education.

The Pasadena office services northern Los Angeles County, including the Santa Clarita area, the eastern San Fernando Valley, the San Gabriel Valley and the northern Inland Empire. Opportunities exist throughout these market areas.

All Associates are Independent Contractors. Compensation is on a commission basis, with an unlimited potential. Training and guidance are provided. A California real estate license is required – which we can help you obtain quickly.
