Package 3: Main Street Market Analysis Report

Package 2: Income, Industrial, Retail and Office, Full Narrative Appraisal

This package is for commercial real estate owners and their representatives who may be looking for a full report substantiating the value findings of the appraiser. Multiple valuation approaches are employed, including market comparables, cost-depreciation analysis, income approach, and business investment analysis. The Full Narrative Appraisal is geared towards owners who will need to substantiate the value to a third party such as a lender, investor, or court of law. This appraisal package is limited to income producing commercial properties with an net operating income under $250,000. Custom quotes will be provided for larger appraisal assignments.
