After 20 years as a Chief Executive Officer of one of Tampa’s most dynamic general contractors, John decided to expand his knowledge and experience into the field of business brokerage. Knowing the skills and tribulations associated with owning a business, John is able to identify and lend advice to business owners and buyers to help effectively value and evaluate their business. Having worked in the banking industry for years and as a previous successful business owner, John lends his expertise in the areas of deal structure, financing and valuing a business properly. John is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.

Maggie is a native of Ireland and for the past 5 years has owned a company which specializes in selling and managing Florida real estate to European investors. This leads to a natural progression in today’s marketplace to investing in established businesses for buyers wishing to move to the United States. Maggie’s primary focus in VR is to continue her impressive track record in selling and sourcing businesses to overseas buyers and European investors.
