Chris Gutierrez – 18 years in sales, marketing and finance. Chris began his career in banking but rapidly transitioned into high level sales and marketing positions with various telecom and software companies where he honed his deal making skills. Chris has raised over $30 million in venture capital for the companies that he was associated with, and successfully sold the last company to a larger public company. Chris has been a buyer and a seller of his own companies, so he understands the intricacies to managing a complex and emotional transaction. His clients will attest to his insight, fairness and honesty in every aspect of the transaction.

Rocky Miller – Rocky has extensive experience in Sr. Management positions in the automotive industry. Rocky managed a $600 million business unit of a public company, acquired dozens of businesses during his tenure, and has the unique ability to understand the wants and needs of small to mid-size business owners when it comes to the successful exit for their business. When it comes to deal making, Rocky has the ability to gain the trust of both the buyer and seller through his unwavering integrity and commitment to doing the right thing for all parties in the transaction.

Linda Saavedra – Linda Saavedra has deep experience in strategic marketing, business management, and franchise sales. Linda was instrumental in building a successful franchise company into one of Inc 500’s top franchisors. Linda has successfully bought, grown, and sold her own company for a much higher multiple than she initially bought it for. She knows what it takes to execute a transaction and deliver shareholder value.
