A Florida or Georgia Real estate license is required to transact deals for businesses in these states, so an associate must have or be committed to procuring such a license.

The best associates are bright , hardworking and people oriented.  They have an ability to sell and to work through problems. They are self starters. Many have owned and operated their own businesses or have gained a strong business sense from some prior activity. We value both people experienced in our industry as well as those new to it.
