When a buyer contacts us for the first time, we ask them if they know what part of the Big Island they want to live…usually the response is “wherever  the best business acquisition opportunity is”. 

Wrong approach!

You are making the decision to make a “lifestyle change”, to enhance your LQ…and to enhance your LQ, first, we need to get you out of the car, away from commuting, and that means finding a business for you near where you want to live.

But before that, you need to know where you want to live!

Remember, the Big Island is well, uh, BIG!  23 of the 26 micro-climates are on the Big Island.  We have two mountains which are 35,000+ feet above the sea floor….we often have snow on both of these mountains while enjoying a balmy 81 degree temperature with balmy afternoon trade winds at sea level.

Each part of the Big Island is special…and there are great business acquisition opportunities on every part of the Big Island.

So do a bit of research about each area of the Big Island….figure out where you want to live and THEN we will find you the right business acquisition opportunity near where you have chosen to live.
