Prior to determining a Market Value for your business the financial information that you provide our staff must be analyzed to recast the true financial potential of your company. Beginning with the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statements a recast analysis usually reflects the true earning power of a privately held business. We define the recast as Discretionary Earnings or “DE”.

What is DE?

The DE method of valuation will provide a buyer with a commonality between different businesses and will enable the buyer to calculate the potential earnings after acquisition. It is a measure of total financial benefit accruing to the buyer.

A VR Intermediary will focus  on what your company is really worth upon completing a recasting analysis.
