VR in Ft. Lauderdale provides extensive Business Sales and Mergers & Acquisitions intermediary services to enterprises with annual revenues of up to $250 million. We are comprised of a Business Sales Division for companies with annual revenues of up to $5 million and a Mergers & Acquisitions Division for companies with annual revenues from $5 million to $250 million.
Our highly experienced team is able to successfully facilitate any type of acquisition or divestiture.

Jay Cremer
Managing Director, ext. 301
Jay possesses over 23 years of corporate sales, marketing, finance and banking experience including new business development, product marketing and account management. His proven track record consists of originating, structuring corporate transactions, cultivating and managing client relationships. Jay earned a B.S. in Business Management and an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing, both from Binghamton University. During Jay's corporate career he has held management positions at HSBC (formerly Marine Midland Bank), Bank of New York and GECC (Heller Financial, Inc.) Jay is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida.
Malcolm Bernstein
Director – Business Sales Division, ext. 302
A graduate of the Wharton School of Finance at The University of Pennsylvania, Malcolm’s first career was that of a controller for several national retail chain organizations. He later managed a diversified law practice in South Florida. He has owned, operated and sold several successful companies including a Real Estate Brokerage operation. Malcolm has been a success in managing and improving the operations of Businesses and is a seasoned and talented professional. In addition to expertise in Business Sales he also has extensive experience in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate sales and leasing, Land Sales, and Property Management.
Malcolm brings to VR Business Sales the kind of specialized expertise, which lends itself to accomplishing the goals of our clients.
Martin Bernstein

Martin Bernstein has 40 years of dynamic business experience. From Large Company leadership at the highest level to his own successful startups Marty has distinguished himself in operations. This helps to account for Marty’s unique insight and capabilities as a Business Mergers and Acquisitions Intermediary. With a firmly established track record in Successful Mergers and Acquisitions work in the mid-cap space (Company Enterprise value between 20 and 100 million dollars) Marty is ready to consult with you regarding any of your Business M+A needs. Mark Etheridge

Mark Etheridge brings 30 years of financial experience to VR Business Advisory Partners, Inc. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration he acquired both a Series 7 and Series 3 License on Wall Street where he helped bring companies public and coordinated private placements. After relocating to South Florida and joining RSM Equico he quickly established himself in the local Mergers and Acquisitions environment having been a sought after speaker on M+A topics. Currently he continues to build upon his successful track record in bringing buyers and sellers together across diverse geographic and industrial sectors.
