David A. Friedman, Managing Director: David has over 25 years of proven managerial, marketing, sales and business development experience in companies ranging from the Fortune 50 to start-ups and in industries ranging from biotechnology to global logistics. His experience includes leading efforts in global business development, new product development, joint ventures and sales force modernization. During the past 10 years, he has been focused on helping small and mid-market businesses achieve their goals through buying, selling or growing their business through strategic mergers and acquisitions. He has also successfully facilitated commercial real estate development projects in the United States, Canada, and Central America.
David is a native of South Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York and a Master of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. He has also completed post-graduate work in Strategic Marketing and Finance at the University of Washington, University of Minnesota and Cornell University. Following his graduation from West Point, he served 22 years in the US Army, on both Active Duty, and in the Reserves. Frank Feiler: In my role, I am responsible for all Franchisee Owners Training and Support. I am also available to all franchise offices for onsite training, assistance in recruiting, implementation of “top performer” goal setting, and providing technical operations support.
For over 28 years, I have been in the Business Broker industry, and most recently served in a similar capacity with a nationally known Business Brokerage firm where 90 Business Brokers reported directly to me from multiple locations. I was directly involved with the start-up and training of over 40 new Franchisee Owners and their sales staff in a 12 month period.
Personally, I have successfully completed over 2,500 business sales in my career. My strengths in negotiations and advising how to troubleshoot difficult transactions is all part of my assistance to VR Franchisees. I am a Life member of the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF), have served as Vice President of the South Florida Chapter of the Florida Business Brokers Association (FBBA), and a member of the International Business Broker Association (IBBA).
