Roger Leisy is the Employing Broker and owner of the firm. Before purchasing the Fort Collins, Colorado VR Business Brokers office, Roger enjoyed a diverse corporate career in the high technology industry. He served in various senior management roles leading sales teams, product management organizations and marketing groups. He specialized in developing and managing long term relationships with strategic customers and markets. Specifically, Roger successfully guided and grew relationships with most of the world’s largest computer manufacturers from inception through contract negotiation to fulfillment. Roger brings a strong sales and marketing background, a customer service mentality and a passion for quality to his new role at VR Business Brokers. Roger and VR Business Brokers in Fort Collins, Colorado are committed to the highest professional and ethical standards of service. It is our goal to create a friendly, honest environment for both buyers and sellers of businesses to conduct business. 

Sheila Paswaters

Sheila Paswaters, Broker Associate, joined VR Business Brokers in Fort Collins, Colorado because she saw an exciting opportunity to combine her twenty year career as an accountant with the proven systems and world-renowned reputation of VR Business Brokers. Just before joining VR Business Brokers, Sheila spent three years as a real estate broker where she found it very rewarding working closely with clients to find their dream properties. Prior to that she was co-owner and operator of a business she and her partner grew from just a dream to what is now a very successful business. Having sold her interest in that business, Sheila now focuses her attention on helping others see their entrepreneurship dreams come true.
