 To qualify:

• We require a minimum of 3 years' previous experience in business-to-business and/or consultative selling.
• Prior experience in running your own business is highly desired, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task.
• This is a career in which 20-40 years' business experience is considered an asset, not a liability.
• Determination, creativity, passion and sound business acumen are qualities essential for consideration for this position.

 Your major responsibilities will include:

Developing and securing new "business for sale" listings through networking, direct marketing and calling on business owners using a consultative selling approach.

• Business Valuation, Financial Recasting and preparation of a Marketing Package for your listings.
• Qualifying, developing and coaching new business buyers.

Transaction management:  working with sellers, buyers, accountants, attorneys, landlords and all related parties for smooth and successful Business brokering is an exciting and rewarding profession.
