Confidentiality - The sale of an ongoing business is very confidential for the parties involved, the seller and the prospective buyer. All inquiries are held in strict confidence.

A Buyer must both sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and complete a Confidential Buyer Profile before any confidential information will be given out on a particular business.
