Our growing team of business professionals is led by President Brad Elliott, who has himself owned, operated, and sold a multitude of small to mid-sized businesses over the last 15 years. Brad received his MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and comes from a family of entrepreneurs. Tony Norris - Business Intermediary

Tony's experience includes public accounting, private industry, and consulting. He attended the University of Notre Dame and graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a degree in accounting. His career began with a large regional CPA firm in central Pennsylvania. He then moved into industry as the CFO of a privately held group of companies that included commercial construction, real estate development, and retail. His most recent experience has been the Director of Business Development for a consulting firm. Throughout his career he has serviced small to medium sized businesses, many of them family owned.

Gil's early career was spent as an industrial engineer for a manufacturer of machined parts. His last 25 years of experience has been in marketing and sales, working with both large corporations and small business owners. This background, along with an MBS in maketing and finance has Gil a valuable understanding of the needs of both the buyer and seller of a business transaction.
