Antonio Gutierrez

Antonio has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Advanced Management Studies in Caracas, Venezuela, and received his Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning from the Simon Bolivar University in 1986. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Antonio has extensive experience in the Business Consulting Industry as well as in the Real Estate Business provided by 17 successful years of professional activity as an Urban Planner, Urban Developer, General Appraiser, Business Consultant and Entrepreneur.

After relocating to South Florida, he has devoted his professional career to Business Brokerage, working with clients to help them achieve their objectives, identifying appropriate targets and implementing negotiation strategies.


Roger Henderson

Roger has a degree in Business Management studies from Akron University. He has had a successful career at a manufacturing concern. During the 25 year period he worked with the company, he escalated positions from Purchasing Agent to President. A major corporation acquired the company, at which time he became CEO. Later, he owned a manufacturing facility in Akron Ohio for six years prior to selling the company and relocating to Florida.

Roger has experienced the ups and downs of business management and ownership and he would be an asset to you evaluating your business and achieving full value at the time of sale.

His management expertise in manufacturing facilities, responsibility for the management and control of P&L Statements, and his experience as a business owner are all assets that he has deployed towards his business intermediary career.

Frank Rodriguez

Frank Rodriguez is a restaurateur with a passion for the food service industry and an overall entrepreneurial spirit. He has a B.A. from New York University and a successful history in a variety of industries. Frank was most recently a restaurant owner/operator before selling his business to concentrate on a career in Business Brokerage at VR. Previously, Frank was a Senior Analyst at Thomson Financial Corp. in New York and later promoted to head the company's Strategic Research group in London. After a couple of years outside the country, he repatriated to Florida to be closer to his family.

Frank's direct experience as a previous business owner, varied background and keen understanding of financial reporting are key strengths to his career as business intermediary and have been a great resource to his clients and our office. Since joining VR Business Brokers, Frank has steadily grown his roster of clients - both buyers and sellers - in a variety of industries, including Insurance Brokerage, Food Service, and the Retail Sector. He has gained the confidence of small and medium-sized business owners, multinational companies looking for expansion opportunities, and foreign investors looking to relocate and do business in the US 

Eduardo Sosa

President

Eduardo Sosa has been exclusively dedicated to the Business Brokerage Industry since 2003.

In his over 5 years of experience in this field, he has been actively involved in over 100 transactions involving the transfer of business ownership.

He is a Venezuelan Attorney from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to becoming a Business Broker, Eduardo Sosa was a banker for over 20 years acting in various positions including member of the Board of Director of a Commercial Bank and President of a Lease Company and an Industrial Finance Corporation.

After his banking career, he became Director and General Manager of the Venezuelan Subsidiary of Unisys Corporation where he managed a dedicated group of over 175 team players that increased sales in Venezuela from US $ 20 million to $ 63 million in a four-year period.

His training as an attorney, his business education and his experience in management and service commitment has proven to be of invaluable help for people looking to sell or buy a business.

Jorge Svistunov

Jorge Svistunov is a seasoned finance executive, having served in senior executive positions in finance in multinational companies in retail, banking, and financial services businesses. His career has included important mergers and acquisitions, and has given him a keen eye for meeting the needs of business buyers and sellers. Walt is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo with degrees in electrical engineering and in business administration, and is a registered professional engineer.

Walt has provided leadership to engineering and operations organizations for local and long distance telephone and Internet service companies. In addition, he has turned around a telecom company in severe financial distress and built another successful telecom company from the ground up. Walt's merger and acquisition experience included providing leadership to technical due diligence teams that evaluated deployed technologies, management teams, customer bases and synergies which could be realized by the business combination.
