VR Mergers and Acquisitions in Charlotte was founded in 1996 by Brad and Jay Offerdahl to address specific needs of business people.  A service gap existed for entrepreneurs interested in buying and selling small and mid-sized businesses in the Carolinas.  Having personally experienced this lack of service, Brad and Jay Offerdahl sought to bring the innovative and proven methodologies of VR to the Charlotte area.

Through the experience and leadership of owners Brad and Jay Offerdahl and the hard work of our staff, VR in Charlotte continues to excel in the VR network, achieving the #1 Worldwide VR Office for 2007 Award, the fifth time this office has received this top honors award over the past nine years.  Noting that VR in Charlotte topped all 120 offices worldwide in business sales in 2007, CEO Peter King stated  “VR in Charlotte’s accomplishments this year and over the past 12 years are remarkable and directly correlate to the terrific group of people that Brad and Jay Offerdahl have in their office and their total commitment to outstanding service, integrity and professionalism.  VR in Charlotte has set the standard for excellence that all VR offices worldwide aspire to.”
