If the location and space matter to the business, pictures will be taken of the exterior, interior, and perhaps the product.

The VR Business Brokers will then put together a summary of the business, a financial analysis, and other information that can be presented to a potential purchaser. All of this is designed to capture the prospect’s attention, maintain his interest, and have him continue his investigation of the company.

Each business is unique and therefore different advertising vehicles are used. The internet is the predominant force to find buyers, but so are trade journals, local newspapers, direct mail, and targeted calling of competitors.
