Mr. Jandali established a VR Business Brokers office located in Atlanta, GA after an extensive career in investment banking and international business with major multinational corporations such as Bank of America and Howard Johnson International.

His experience in business startup, sales and marketing management lead to senior roles both overseas and in the United States. In 1997, Malek was nominated for the Bank of America Crystal Globe Award in recognition of his leadership and outstanding performance. After going through the merger of Nations Bank and Bank of America in the late 1990's, he leveraged his experience to start his own corporation and successfully complete a significant transaction which led him to the field of business brokerage.

Malek's business career has spanned approximately 15 years divided between engagements with public and private entities and entrepreneurial ventures. His experience ranges from being a financial analyst for the European Corporate Finance Group at Banc of America Securities to an entrepreneur that co-founded a home construction company, to establishing, growing and selling his corporation. Malek is one of the few Professional Intermediaries in Georgia with the prestigious designation of Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA). With an MBA from the University of North Carolina and a B.A. from Queens University, he has both the training and the experience to help business owners and entrepreneurs achieve their dreams.

Malek dedicates most of his spare time to his beautiful wife and two Siamese cats. In addition to being an accomplished pianist, Malek enjoys traveling to Europe and Asia and speaks German and Arabic.

Yasmine began her business career in the 1990's working for one of the largest investment banking firms in the country.  Helping clients succeed in their own businesses gave Yasmine the drive to build and sell her own company.

Yasmine is a business owner, entrepreneur and business intermediary who brings more than 10 years of experience to the task of structuring winning deals for the sellers and buyers of businesses. She is an experienced business owner who founded her own chain of upscale tanning salons and played a key role in making the company a success. Under her leadership, the company consistently grew revenues and profits, and built a dedicated customer base which resulted in a profitable sale to a private investor in North Carolina.

Prior to her success in the service industry, Yasmine held numerous positions in the financial service industry such as Wachovia Securities where she specialized in Currency Risk Management and Foreign Currency Exchange; managing the currency needs of Wachovia's Latin American bank market.

In addition to well-honed business skills, Yasmine brings a strong educational background to the task of transferring businesses. She has pursued post gradguate studies in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina, and holds a B.A. in Marketing from Queens University. She speaks Spanish, French and Arabic and is well versed in trans-border business issues. Her focus on detail and in-depth understanding of the essential workings of small and large businesses provide both buyers and sellers confidence that transactions will run smoothly.
