|Selling a privately held business, especially a business that has been serving its community for ten, twenty years or more, is an emotional process. Our Aspen office is located in the relaxed West End of Aspen, at 400 West Main Street (at the corner of Third Street) in an office building that was once a prominent family home, circa 1900. We have comfortable and relaxed areas for meeting preparation, for confidential initial consultations, and for introductions and getting-to-know sessions between sellers and buyers. We have a due diligence room for CPAs and financial advisors to review P&Ls, balance sheets, and other detailed information in an uninterrupted setting. We have an executive office, with an eight-panel workstation that is used for communication and financial analysis, that was once used to trade convertible bonds with institutional investors. Lastly, we have a private rear entrance which is used for sellers of highly visible businesses, where confidentiality must be preserved at all costs.
