Much like the establishment of VR Corporate in 1979, the Asheville office was formed to address the specific needs of business owners in Western North Carolina. A service gap existed for entrepreneurs interested in buying and selling small and mid-sized businesses.  Having personally experienced this lack of service, Rob and Gayle Allen sought to bring the innovative and proven methodologies of VR to the Western North Carolina region.

We have a successful plan and approach that has been established from over 100,000 businesses that we have sold.  Due to the method of how we present a business, our marketing approach and our network of offices, VR has been able to perform well above the norm.  On a percentage basis, VR sells businesses twice as fast and sells a higher percentage of the businesses we list than the industry norm.

We focus on the needs of our clients by providing confidential and professional representation to business owners.  We spend the time to qualify the Buyer so the Seller can spend time running his business.  We will help the Seller establish a value on the business, prepare the various documents to present to the Buyer, follow-up on them, and the Seller, and assist with the many aspects of selling the business.  This all leads to a smooth and successful sale.
