I.            Ownership:  The Business was established as an LLC.

XVI.    This business must be sold in conjunction with the real estate. 

XVII.  Training:  Owner will provide two weeks of training and an additional month of free consulting over the phone.  Additional training will be provided at a cost of $2,000 per week.
