I.            Customer Base/Profile:  The business attracts customers from Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties.  A broader base of international and national clients is generated through internet traffic from a well developed e-commerce site offering a large selection of products to choose from.  Cash, Checks, and all major Credit Cards are accepted.

II.          Marketing Information:  The business has utilized ads in small publications, emails to internet customers and in the past bill blitzes. 

         A.           Greater search engine optimization and internet promo ads could drive more traffic to the website on an international scale increasing sales volume and earning capacity.

         B.           Visual Signage has been redone in an effort to attract more customers.

         C.            Relocating the business to a heavily trafficked strip center could have a great impact on sales producing revenue growth through walk-in and drive-by traffic.

                    1.            The location of the business limits walk-in or drive-by traffic.  The business recently relocated to this location; lease expires March 31, 2010 freeing the business to move to a higher traffic location.

                    2.            As an owner/operated business the store hours are limited.  Through hiring additional staff would increase availability to match customer needs driving sales and greater earnings potential.

          C.            Competitors:  The store is unique in its product selection and services offered and has no real competitors in the Tampa Bay area.
