I.            Ownership:   The business was established in 1995 as a Sub-S Corporation.

II.          Training:  Owner will provide two weeks of training and an additional month of free phone consultation to new buyer.

III.        Non-Compete:  Owner is willing to offer a non-compete of three years within a 50 mile radius.
