I.            Production:  Due to the systems, employees, and cutting edge technology in place, this business is able to maintain competitive pricing and produce faster and higher quality service and products.

         A.           Advanced connectivity allows the company to be completely networked with all equipment.

         B.           The business uses state-of-the-art technology; the latest in digital equipment.

         C.            10% of the company’s operations are outsourced mostly for finishing binding processes and tomography (embossed or raised lettering) jobs.

         D.           The company guarantees its workmanship and stands behind its product.  All mistakes that are made by the company are corrected.  The company’s rerun percentage is well below the industry standard.

II.          Inventory: The average amount of inventory on hand in any given month is $15,000.

         A.           Cost of materials, paper, ink etc. have been inching up over the last 6 months.  The cost is passed on to customers keeping the profit margin at a level rate.

III.        Hours:  The business hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm.  The online Customer Service Center provides clients with 24 hour access.

IV.         Staffing: 

         A.           Employees:  Employees are cross trained to provide maximum service.  They are able to cover the departments at the current volume through efficient systems and technology in place.

                  1.            There is a need for a full time sales position to implement a new sales and marketing plan and expand the existing business entity to the next level.

         B.           Management: Owner manages the staff and oversees the day to day operations.
