All ATM’s except for a few are Tidel ATMs and all have been upgraded to meet industry/ payment card regulatory requirements. The business currentlygenerates over $34,000 per month of gross revenues, with several new deals pending. These are mainly in the DFW area with 7 locations running along IH 20 to Shreveport, LA, 4 locations in the Shreveport area, then one in Houston, TX and one (1) in Connecticut.
The ATM business model is very similar to a vending machine route except the business is vending cash instead of other products and it requires coordination with the Vault Cash provider and the armored car personnel. This business has a contract with both a nationally recognized bank for the Vault Cash (Cash Inventory) and with a national independently owned armored car service to provide and pickup the cash and delivers it, pursuant to a weekly route, to the ATMs. This is for a small portion of the ATMs. For the majority of the ATMs, they utilize an independent ATM provider that supplies the Cash Inventory along with first line maintenance and service on those locations.
