Operations -- the park requires only 2 people--one inside and one outside--to run. It pretty much runs itself.

Hours of Operation
- March through May: M-T 1 to 8 pm; F&Sat 11 am to 9pm; Sun 11 am to 8 pm
- June through September 15: M-T 11 am to 9 pm; F&Sat 11 am to 10 pm; Sun 11 am to 9 pm
- September through Frebruary: Fri 1 pm to 6 pm; Sat 11 am to 6 pm; Sun 11 am to 6 pm
Staffing -- 6 part-time employees (students) working 4- and 5-hour shifts. Staff has been very stable. One partner each evening works the 6 to closing shift and handles all cash. Total partner hours do not exceed 40 per week.
The park/property can accommodate additional attractions and services but can also be easily modified to meet a new direction and other commercial ventures.
