I.            Assets: A complete list of FF&E is available to a qualified buyer who has signed a confidentiality non-disclosure agreement with Business Ventures of Tampa Bay Inc.

II.          Lease: Two locations are leased 1,500 sq. ft building and 15 acres of land for scrap metal and equipment.

         A.           Building Lease is $3,500 per month

         B.           15 acres leased at a rate of $11,000 per month
