I.            Assets:  A FF&E list is available to a qualified buyer who has signed a confidentiality non-disclosure agreement with Tampa Advisory Partners.

II.          Lease: Company operations are performed from a single leased 225 sq. ft. office, located in a professional building.  Most support and contract work is done remotely.
