Operations
I. Hours:
A. Summer hours range from 35-40 hours per week.
B. Winter hours range from 30-35 hours per week.
II. Staffing:
A. The professional staff consists of 3 full-time employees and 8 part-time.
B. The owner manages and runs the day-to-day operations and oversees the quality of projects. Hours range from 45-75 hours per week.
